🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
You can return most items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

❌ Non‑Returnable Items
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom designs
- Gift cards
- Items labeled "Final Sale" at checkout
🎁 Gift Returns
Returning a gift? No problem! Gifts can be exchanged or issued for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase. Please have the gift giver contact us or provide the order number.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within 90 days of purchase, please contact us here with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll fix it or replace it at no additional cost.
📦 Shipping Your Return
- U.S. returns include a prepaid shipping label. We’ll provide instructions via email.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once received, refunds are processed within 10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your return is complete.
